HYBRID VEST’S RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

All items must include original packaging.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and with all tags/labels attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items not returned in their original condition.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@hybridvest.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items not returned in their original condition.

HYBRID VEST’S REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card may require additional time to process the refund.

Additional Information
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

HYBRID VEST’S WARRANTY POLICY

At Hybrid Vest, we stand behind our products. We offer a one-year warranty on our products.

No warranty applies to freebies. Warranty begins on the date of order.

Warranty Covers
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural issues under normal use
Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, modification, or neglect
  • Discontinued SKUs (warranty ends once SKU is discontinued)
How to File a Warranty Claim

Email support@hybridvest.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue

Depending on SKU availability, we may:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with the same or comparable product

Warranty claims are for exchanges only — no refunds. If the product is out of stock but planned for restock, you may wait or receive a comparable replacement.
